Practice management software program, Fitting Wizard, includes functionality for implementing the EARtrak client satisfaction survey process.
Fitting Wizard requires setting up in a number of areas before the survey process begins.
EARtrak Chief Executive Officer, Tracey Matthies, has launched a short tutorial video to step practices through the set up and use of the EARtrak functionality in Fitting Wizard.
"Once practices are set up, it's a very simple process," Ms Matthies said, "The program assigns unique client ID numbers, prints out the survey cover letters and sticky labels and generates the client data file, so it's quick and simple for practices to do each month."
